The Heart of My Approach…
A space where you’re fully welcome—exactly as you are. No masks, no judgments, just deep listening and unconditional acceptance.
Freedom to unfold at your own pace. Your sensitivity isn’t a problem to solve; it’s a strength we’ll honor and explore.
Celebration of your unique story. All identities, experiences, and emotions belong here. You’ll be affirmed, never "too much."
Room to discover hidden strengths. Often, the parts you’ve doubted hold the most magic—we’ll gently uncover them together.
Playfulness and lightness, even in the messy bits. Laughter, mishaps, and imperfections are welcome (and sometimes the best teachers!).
Curiosity about your mind-body wisdom. We’ll tune into your thoughts, feelings, and sensations with kindness—no forcing, no fixing.
Practical tools to ground you in the present moment, so you can feel safer and more connected to yourself.
Clarity around your core values and needs, plus the courage to honor them unapologetically.
A fellow sensitive soul who "gets it." You’ll never have to explain why certain things feel overwhelming—I’ll meet you there.

A Little About Me…
For years, I believed sensitivity was something to apologize for—until I discovered it was my greatest gift.
Growing up as a highly sensitive child in the Swiss mountains, I felt everything deeply: a friend’s hidden sadness, the prickling energy of crowded rooms, even the quiet resilience of alpine flowers. Nature became my refuge, the still forests teaching me how to breathe when the world felt too loud.
But elsewhere, I was told my reactions were “too much.” I learned to push through and mask my overwhelm—until it left me exhausted. That tension led me to meditation, Buddhist teachings, and a Master’s in Buddhist Studies, where I uncovered a vital truth: mindfulness isn’t about being “zen,” but about honoring emotions without being ruled by them.
After years of advocating for marginalized communities across Hong Kong, Glasgow, and Los Angeles, I realized my depth of feeling—once called a weakness—was actually my superpower. It allowed me to connect deeply, intuit unmet needs, and serve others with empathy. This understanding inspires my monthly column for Buddhistdoor Global—where mindfulness meets the realities of sensitive living.
Today, as a Mindfulness Coach, I blend academic research, Buddhist wisdom, and lived experience to help highly sensitive people (HSPs) thrive.
I specialize in helping sensitive women:
Reclaim their sensitivity as strength
Navigate life changes with mind-body tools
Design lives where their gifts flourish—without burnout
